Accommodation for the retreat is the beautifully converted, luxuriously-appointed, but casually-styled Yorkshire cottages of the estate. For those who want to walk from the cottages to Avalon, the Well Being Centre where yoga, and sauna/swimming and treatments take place, or from the cottages to Eden Cottage where communal eating happens, the chance is there to benefit from invigorating walks between venues, making the most of fantastically fresh air and opportunities for more natural movement. Otherwise, a complimentary shuttle service will take the sting out of winter weather and weary legs in the mornings and early evenings.
